Accommodation rules
- Please note that our check-out time is 12 noon.
- The Guest shall not conduct or permit any illegal activities or anything which may cause a damage, including the infringement of any third rights.
- The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
- Yerevan Place Hotel does not take responsibility for lost items because for the convenience of the Guest, safety lockers are provided in the room to store valuable things.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to bed/room availability on the relevant day, to be reconfirmed with the Front Office Аgent. If the room is available, the normal tariff will be charged.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hour prior to the arrival date will be charged the full cost of one night's accommodation.
- During the Guest's stay the Hotel may require the guest to present identification, in form of passport or ID card.
- The Guest must refrain from smoking in the area of hotel. 80,000 (eighty thousand) AMD room recovery fee will be charged for smoking.
- The Yerevan Place allows one dog per room for 15,000 (fifteen thousand) AMD dog fee per day. While you may leave your dog unattended in your room, they must be in a crate or pet carrier. Dogs are not allowed in most public areas of the hotel, especially those where food is served.
- Please note that any kind of changes in the guest's reservation may change the cost of their rate.
- The service is considered complete on the check-out date.
